If they are not present, generate a new license file from the Autodesk Account. Verify that the license file is valid. Errors may occur if the license file is corrupted or if licenses have been combined incorrectly. In this case, change the license type (see: How to change or reset a license for Autodesk software ) then launch again the software and select Single user or Sign In on the Let's Get Started screen. If the software is accidentally launched as 'Multi User' the software will display the above error because it is looking for a license server that actually does not exist.
